The Managed Care Innovations Team is made up of several organizations with a common goal; to provide the highest quality of professional claim service to the Montgomery County Self-Insurance Program members. Our performance standards are unique and tailored to meet the needs of Program.

There are three ways to recognize a superior effort that is exhibited by an MCI Team Partner employee. Recognition is given for performance that exceeds expectations to the customer in the areas of:

All MCI Team member employees in the delivery of services to the Montgomery County Self-Insurance Program are eligible to participate. On a quarterly basis, nominations will be reviewed and framed Certificates awarded to individuals meeting the criteria.
