Our online directory allows you to locate physicians, facilities, and other healthcare practitioners participating with OneNet PPO. Use this directory for workers' compensation-related accidents/illness only.
You will be asked to select the appropriate health plan and the type of health care practitioner before beginning your search of the directory
To begin your search, click OneNetPPO and follow these steps:
Step 1 - Select Workers' Compensation as the plan.
Step 2 - Select the specialty.
A box will appear with several options for areas of specialty. Choose the type of specialist that best meets your needs.
Step 3 - Optional (Narrows the search and provides driving directions).
In the box to the right of the screen, enter the employee's home or work location information. Once the choice is made press "continue." You maybe asked addtional information to narrow down your search even further. Then follow the instructions on the screen.
