FIRST SCRIPT FIRSTFILL INFORMATION SHEET AND CARD
The First Script FirstFill Information Sheet and Card should be provided to injured worker following an accident. By using the card, the employee will not be required to pay out of pocket for medications related to the injury. A claim number or approval from the adjuster is not required.
